Fleurea Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Fleurea, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day easy return policy for your convenience. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it — with original packaging and tags intact.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wear or used shapewear items cannot be returned once worn or tried on.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers
  • Intimate or sanitary products that have been worn or opened
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

To complete your return, please provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a store credit, typically within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank or wallet account.
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged if defective or damaged upon arrival.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or wrong size (unused).

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service or delivery insurance, as Fleurea cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
